Hello my name is Jeffrey and I work for ASUS Customer Loyalty Team

Seems that you may have a virus on your computer that is not allowing you to log back into your account or has deleted your userinit.exe file in the registry.

Not sure how technical you are but there is a website that talks about this issue that they have found a solution.

Here is the link below that should solve your problem http://www.technize.com/solution-windows-automatically-logs-off-%E2%80%93-login-log-off-loop/

If you have any questions or comments you can email me at [email protected]

ASUS strives to meet and exceeds our customer expectations within our warranty policy.
