How Can I Upgrade My Ios 7 Plus To Version 16.0 ?

Unfortunately, you cannot upgrade your iPhone 7 Plus to iOS 16.0. The iPhone 7 Plus is not compatible with iOS 16, which is only supported on devices from the iPhone 8 and newer.
The iPhone 7 Plus was released in 2016 and ran iOS 10 when it was first released. It was then updated to iOS 11, iOS 12, iOS 13, iOS 14, and iOS 15. The latest version of iOS that the iPhone 7 Plus can run is iOS 15.5.
If you want to upgrade your iPhone to the latest version of iOS, you will need to purchase a newer model of iPhone.
