How Do I Solve Error Message -42032 In Itunes Version 10.2.1.1 ?

I upgrades I Tunes to version 10.2.1.1 and now everytime i start up I Tunes, i get the error message -42032 . I'm using Windows Vista 32 bits

  • Open iTunes a first time as an administrator
  • Right-Click on the iTunes icon on the desktop and select "Open as an administrator"
  • iTunes should open
  • iTunes will prompt for account info. Just fill in the form and you're done, the problem should disappear !

You might be installing the wrong version of iTunes. Try install iTunes for 32-bit only.
