Poor Service!

May we get a refund for our horrible trip? (7 June 2013) 6:00PM FROM Jacksonville, Fl ~ changed planes in Dallas , TX., then on to Portland, OR, my home destination! There were three of us, I was in a wheelchair, and was expected to walk to the end of the plane ~ I could not. finally, I was given a seat at 17 B, and my grand child and sister were seated in the extreme rear of the plane. It was noisey, and very inconvenient, as it was next to the toilets!There were odors, and sounds, it was very bad! I don't ever plan to ride on your carrier again!
