Itinerary, Flight Number & Confirmation Number.

Made reservation on Mon. March 4th for a flight for 2 people to San Jose, CA.  Have not received itenerary, flight number or confirmation number via email.  When willwe get this.  The tickets have been charged to our Visa acoudnt.

You need to contact American and speak with a representative.  When you purchase a ticket, you should receive confirmation with the itinerary within 24 hrs of booking.  There may be a problem with the email address they have on file. 

Call them at 800-433-7300 and give them the passenger name, the date of travel, approximate time of departure and where you are traveling.  They can retrieve your reservation and investigate why you haven't received an email confirmation.
