I don't know what means of contact you used. Amazon picks up phone calls promptly, so if you call them (866-216-1072), it's not conceivable you'd not get an answer, even if it's not to your liking. Or you can just follow the instructions at http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html/ref=orc_hp_i_rr?ie=UTF8&nodeId=901888#.
