How Can I Contact A Seller On Amazon.com?

I recently received a damaged product but I could not find anywhere on the site where I could contact the seller about it. The only options I saw were either to write a review or return the item.

I'm presuming this is not an item "shipped and sold" by Amazon. (If it is, your contact would have to be with Amazon.) On the product details page, you should see the name of the seller as a link; and following that link, you'll see a button for "Have a question for [name of seller]?" Sometimes the link to the seller is hard to find. If it is, an Amazon rep will point you to it (and Amazon answers the phone very quickly).

If you have to call Amazon, the number is 866-216-1072.To get someone live, press 0 in response to any prompt.

click on the product detail page and then click the seller name and you can seen it rating and you can also ask a question from seller.

Go to the product listing on Amazon.com and click the third-party seller's name. Click Contact the seller under Further Information. Go to Your Orders, find your order in thelist, and click Contact Seller.Jan
