Do you know the code for that gift card?

If you do, you can send that directly to that person.

If you purchased gift card for someone and amazon.com supposed to send it to the person then it may be a problem.

Have that person checked their spam folder yet?

If they checked and still see nothing, you should contact amazon.com immediately, so they can help you with that.

Make sure to have confirmation number ready.

Hope this help :)
