Ideas To Activate Gps Function

I purchased a used ina-w910. I installed in my 2010 lariiat. Replaced with all alpine speakers , added Ktu 445 an axxess parking brake bypass and used a fd5000sw interface. Everything sounds great, all functions good except for the only thing that comes up when I hit the Navi button is nav loading. But it never loads . I've double/ triple checked the connection and matching colors on my bypass wires . It all works great as far as plays dvd whenever etc. I just have no clue where to go on gp
