Re-installing Elements 12 After Computer Repairs
I purchased elements 12 in October 2014, installing it via the disc, using the serial number on the box.Recently my computer was hacked and the hard disk compromised. The computer has now been restored, resulting in the loss (temporary, I hope) of Adobe elements. I have tried to reinstall, inputting the serial number, but I am not allowed to proceed further.Can you help please?

You are only permitted to install Adobe Elements on two computers. It's possible you've used up those two licenses and the installation is seeing your computer as a new one. You'll need to call Adobe support at 1-800-833-6687 and have them clear your previous computers from their database.
