My Computer Went In For Repair I Want To Register My Orignal Adobe Photoshop Cs

You can contact Adobe customer support at 1-800-833-6687 and they can reverse the license you used previously, so that you can use it again once your PC has been repaired or formatted. I've called them before to cancel a Photoshop license, and they were very helpful.
