Acer E1-571-6607
Help! This is almost new, rarely used, but regular shuts down when I'm online, freezes, and takes 1-2 minutes to boot up. What's going on? Also, can't find my iTunes playlist anywhere!

You most likely have an app or virus affecting the laptop. I suggest you do a restore to an earlier configuration to see if it fix the issue.
