How long should I charge my acer aspire E1-531G with 6 cells for the first time? thank you in advance.

There is actually no exact time with regards to how long it can be fully charged. However, it is better to completely discharge or empty the content of the battery before plugging in the charger. This will allow the battery to empty the manufacturer's charge. Remember that the current charge of the battery is only for testing purpose.
