Battery Not Being Detected
have a acer aspire 7740-5691 had to replace the harddrive and shop upgraded to windows 10.. not sure if problem existed before hand as computer has not been used for a while. computer does not detect battery. got new battery same thing runs fine when plugged. computer shop did all updates and cannot find problem

If you get the 'No battery is detected' alert on your computer, there may be a problem with the chipset board, so you may have to check and install the latest available BIOS update and chipset drivers for your device. Note: When you're updating the BIOS, ensure the battery is present and your AC adapter is plugged in. or contact the company for more information. use the contact link bekow
