It is possible that the driver for your mouse is not compatible with Windows 10. You may need to go to the Acer website and download an updated version of the driver for your mouse. Alternatively, it could be an issue with the scrolling settings on your computer. You can try changing these settings by going to the Control Panel > Mouse > Device Settings > Change Wheel Button Settings.
