Acer Laptop Aspire 5749z-4840
Hi, the a,caps lock and shift botton on the key board is not working, what's the problem please

Did you spill anything on the keyboard? Coffee, cola, etc will cause the keys to fail. These keyboards are not repairable. You can replace it yourself if you are daring. I would recommend having a PC tech look at it though.
