Press f2 on startup- check the D2D is enabled, if not click to enable,
Restart amd hpld dowm the alt button, and f10 to get into recovery. choose the appropiate factory (formats and re-installs to factory settings- but you lose all data, so it is wise to save important data to a usb/ dvd before doing this)
