It's crap.

My daughter seemed to like the product at first... She used it almost daily. She would go thru batteries super quick, I thought that was weird cuz she would only use it for an hour a day. It did teach her how to read some words. She love added pictures to it as well. Well after a few months of constantly buying batteries, (which a freaking expensive) I got fed up with it, and searched other ways she could use it without draining so many batteries. I found an ac adapter and purchased it for around 10 dollars, which is a heck of a deal compared to the hundreds of dollars I spent on batteries. Went home thinking, great she can plug it in and start learning again, because it had been at least a month since she'd last used it. Well, after plugging it in, it did nothing.. mind you that there were new batteries in it, and it would not power on. All that happens is a black screen. I will never purchase a vtech item EVER AGAIN. I wish there were negative stars because in my opinion the ONE I had to give them is far too many.
