Cannot see settings screens it dimms to almost total black
Seems like Sony is going low quality in all its products. Yesterday I returned to Costo the player and got another with the same issues, please if you know how to solve the issue let us know.I also bought a Sony TV model KDL-32BX421 as a 3 kings day surprise gift to my wife and this is perfect black, does not even turns on.
Soniy gor minus ten but do not know how to post it.
