Latch Notch NOTE: If you have difficulty inserting the memory DIMM or closing the latches, make sure the notches on the bottom of the DIMM are aligned with the grooves at the top of the memory DIMM slot. 6 Holding the memory DIMM by the edges, align the notches on the memory DIMM with the grooves in the DIMM slot.
