Testing Multiple Headsets Complete
Recently I purchased the Plantronics Marque2 M165 $69.99CDN, 7 hour talk time, Plantronics M70 $39.99CDN 11 hour talk time,Plantronics Voyager Edge $149.99CDN incl charge case 6 hour talk time 11 with case, Jawbone Era 2014 release $149.99 incl charge case 6 hour talk time 11 with case and the Jawbone Era 2011 release $49.99 5 hour talk time.Summary: Hands down M165 out performed all overall including all options of any other headset (voice calling, findmyheadset, apps, 60-90 minute charge time, etc). Both Jawbones had an echo when speaking as well the older 2011 ERA crackled during calls. Apps were not available for my cellphone with 2014 ERA apparently my Samsung Note 4 was too new. The design was great and size was spot on. The Voyager Edge had difficulties with voice dialing , buttons were difficult to press and charger was too big. In my opinion there is no point in spending extra monies on inferio products.
