Fine until 6 months

The phone overall is fine. Hardly any dropped calls and the MP3 and radio are cool features. However after 6 months my wifes and My phone are acting up. My wifes has to do with the radio function and the fact she cannot turn off the loudspeaker (phone speaker) while the headphones are plugged in. Mine is the BLANK HOME SCREEN PROBLEM> I thought I had it fix with the cleaning of the mem/sim chips, but no. I have to turn it off for 5 minutes or more before it will work.Sometimes I have to tap it on the desk lightly to get it working. It seems when It goes ino power save mode it doesnt display the Home screen on wake up anymore and you get just a blank white screen. Consumer Cell is a great co, but they do not offer replacement or phone insurance so you have to send your phone into the manufaturer (moto) within 1 year for fixing or replacing. I know whats going to happen when I do that. It wont malfunction(its intermintent) and they will charge me for shipping. All in all with all the complaints I would not buy this phone and Con Cell should dump them off thier list.
