Installing Batteries IMPORTANT Batteries are required only for armchair programming and to retain your personal temperature schedule in memory if ac power is set to the OFF position. • Use a coin to remove the battery door. 13 REMOVING BATTERY DOOR M1719C 69-0812-2 nonalkaline batteries do not last as long.
