broken in a year

I'm sorry but this printer is way overrated. it uses ink cartridges extremely fast. I have had it now for 14 months, and the fax modem is broken. cannot send or receive. dell tells me it out of warranty. I bought 55 dollar fax machines that have lasted longer than this. don't waste of money
