Verro 500 Pool Cleaner

Have a unit in which the pump starts up but the unit wont propel itself. Have checked the rollers belts and wether the shaft is hooked up to motor. I can turn the rollers by hand and everything seems free.Any ideas on the problem would be appreciated.

The most likely remedy is to clean the impeller, as described at https://www.manualslib.com/manual/514720/Irobot-Verro-600.html?page=18#manual. If the doesn't solve, consider the other suggestions at https://www.manualslib.com/manual/514720/Irobot-Verro-600.html?page=19#manual. If the problem persists (or if you require further explanation), you'll have to obtain a walk-through from iRobot: use the contact information here--https://www.contacthelp.com/irobot/customer-service.
