Missing Emachines Program

I want to create recovery disks for my T5224. I am running Vista Home Premium. When I go to "Start/ All Programs/eMachines" to access the recovery management program, the eMachines program is not there. I have searched my hard drive for it, to no avail. All I was able to find was listed under C Drive, Windows.old, program files: emachines games. How can I restore, or re-install the original eMachines program? Thanks
