Where Can I Get A Factory Restore Disc? Recovery Management Program Wont Work.

You may not be able to.  Most manufacturers don't make them available due to licensing issues related to Windows being on the disks.

eMachines are make by Gateway.  You'll need to call Gateway support to see if one is available.
