If you go into the bios, and set to start from cd there, press f10 , and click yes/ok if necessary with the cd in the cd rom, then it should boot from it. It normally flashes quickly on screen as it starts pres f2, or, f10 (without looking it up, sometimes its f12 to change boot order, dependo=ing on the manufacturer.

If your problem is saying something has changed in the bios and will not boot, you need to set the bios to load default- Press f2 as the logo appears on startup, and then enter the bios, look for load defaults, click on that click the button to change to default- either the up or down arrow, , or pressing the enter button. Click f10 click to save and exit.
