How Can I Get My Emach T3642 To Recognize The New Ram That Has Been Installed?

The new RAM should be recognized by your eMachines T3642 computer if it is a compatible RAM. Remember that there are different types and kinds of RAM cards. According to Cnet.com, eMachines T3642 accepts the following types of RAM cards.
  • DDR2 SDRAM
  • DIMM 240-pin
  • 2 x 512 MB
  • Maximum of 2GB of RAM
