How Restart Windows 7 E-machines If Always Is On Screen 'launches Repair'but Nev

after money pack fbi virus I trying clean my computer but It's tart repair automaticly but never finish because of some erors/failed to pull file D/

There might be a problem with your eMachines ET1831-03 Operating System. The Operating System might be corrupted that is why it cannot totally load. The best solution for this is to reinstall your Windows 7 OS by using its original installation CD/DVD. If you do not have one, you can buy it online at Amazon.com. Here's the product link:
