Is My El1331-03 Wireless Capable? If Not How Do I Get Wireless?

bought a wireless router, connected it to our computer, installed software and can't get the 2nd pc to connect to internet. We use internet explorer.

All you need to do is add an USB Wireless Adapter to your 2nd computer.  It just plugs into an available  usb port.  They run around $25 for a decent one.
