go to this web site http://support.gateway.com/us/en/emac/default.aspx click on select your product by model then select note book on pop up then pick series then choose model number. confirm- next window click on support document tabs click blue words under tabs your download should be there if you repost question or update with model number i will try to send you the direct link to your manual if i am still online
