Bios Setup Is Not Showing After Hitting F2 . Its Showing Normal Mode And Repair

Bios Setup is not showing after hitting F2 .Its showing normal mode and repair. I want to boot by using pendrive.. How i will do boot using pendrive without entering bios setup
