How Do I Boot Without Cd?

I assume you mean that you wish to recover the machine, and have no cd's around.

If so, when you press startup button immediately press the F11 button, and keep tapping it until you are given the recovery options- This can take you back to factory original, but look for options if you wish to save files, and have not been able to do so, as you can lose them all. Any applications that never came with it will either not be there, or, may need to be re-installed to run properly- it depends on the recovery choices available.
