Can't Access Pay Pal

I just bought an item (toy box) on ebay,my ebay & my paypal accts. are linked. But when i click the access pay pal link it wont take me to it I havent used it for about 2 months but i wouldn't think that would matter.Any suggestions? Thank you Terry
