Pay Pal Set-up And Invoice

I signed up with e-bay and pay pal to purchase an item from Australia. What is the next step. Is the amount due taken from my account and put into pay pal or do I need to do this? I have an invoice from the seller that says pay now. Also will the amount paid already be calculated for US dollars on the exchange rate?

The amount will automatically be converted to the proper currency. All you have to do is click on the Pay Now button, login to your PayPal account and proceed through checkout.
