New Android Phone Is Not Listing On Ebay.

I am trying to list new Android phone with Flappy Bird on it. Phone meets crteria as it is restored to factory original condition, yet the same stupid flag message keeps popping up and will not let me list item!!! This is so damn frustrating as there is an obvious problem communicating with your system and what not. Need help here???

You do realize just because Flappy Bird is not available in the Play Store anymore that you can still easily install it from a third-party website, right? No one will buy the phone just because you have it installed already.
