Need Help With Answer To Secret Question To Log Into Ebay.

I have been trying to log in but it won't let mebecause I can't remember the answer to my secret question.I lost all my info when my hard drive went bad.Can you help me? Have tried to re-register but I can't because am already registered and can't get on.
