What To Do

I purchased two ink cartridges from Dillonio1 through E-bay. After I replaced the cartridges PG 240XL and CL241XL for my Canon Pigma MG printer I discovered that the cartridges were empty. How should I go about letting everyone know my problem? I have been greatly inconvienced as I had company come in from out of state and were waiting for me to print out pictures of our weekend. I do feel like I need to be compensated for this. I might could understand if it was one cartridge but not both. Please help me to resolve this problem. Thank you Sharon Spears 5226 Bluewater
