Why Can I Not Get My Debit Or Credit Card To Work With Paypal To Pay For A Purch
We are trying to make a purchase on ebay and cannot get my credit or debit card to work. It gives us different messages. Some state the card is assigned to another account other states the card cannot be used on this account. Please help. The deadline for purchase is today.
