Buyer Got A Refund But Lied About Item?

I sold a dress and thr buyer said i listed it as a size 10 and its a 6, this is untrue, it is a size UK10 but a USA size 6 which is clearly on the label. I had a death in the family and was not online for a week by which time ebay refunded her and i didnt even get the dress back! I think its not right, especially when I was right in my listing and she was not. HELP! Ebay took 25€ and just like that, I'm out of pocket and she kept the dress, surely thats not fair????
