How Do I Cancel A Parchase That The Item Sold Out?

After I paid for a item, I noticed it sold out. Then I messaged the seller asked if the item is in stock. He repleid he doesn't have it anymore. So now what I should do to get my refund?

Hi pennycookie2012, did you purchase online? Sometimes you have to check if the site your having a transaction is legit, otherwise you will be scammed. Purchasing via internet is too risky, sometimes they even ask your account number or you will required to enter your account number via net, and be very careful on that, because it might hacked your account. Furthermore, try to ask the person to return the amount, or if he/she refused to do so, you have to report that person on that site.
