Sold A Item Buyer Abused Item And Is Sending It Back To Me For A Refund

I sold a phone on eBay,that was working great when it left.now the phone looks abused and the buyer wants a refund?

The only thing you can really do is refuse to refund him the money. If he starts an eBay case then just state your side of things and hope eBay takes your side. I hope you took pictures of the phone before you sent it out.
