I Have Subscribed To Zoosk And The Money Has Been Deducted From My Account, Howe
When I receive a notification that someone has snt me a message and I try to respond, I keep getting my messages has been blocked until I subscribe. I do not understand where the problem is. Like I said I have subscribed and the money has been deducted from my checking account. Can someone please explain what's going on.

I called the telephone number that was offered for help. Jose stated the problem was because I had another e-mail that was not activated for membership. He removed that e-mail address and that took care of the problem. I am now a member of Zoosk and would like to add that Jose was very pleasant and willing to solve the mystery.
