Receiving Text Messages From Zoosk.

I am writing on behalf of mother in law. Recently gave her an old mobile to use. Telstra Prepaid, each time she tops up her account credit is used without using her phone. Checked today to find out why, found 4 text messages from Zoosk. How do I stop these messages as I understand she is being charged for. Thanks
