Why Won't The Dvd Load? Dvd Player Turns On. The Disc Tray Opens And Accepts Dvd

The TV displays the message "loading". A humming sound that changes pitch can be heard. After several minuates the DVD is ejected. The DVDs, I tried two different ones are rented from RED BOX that played on my lap top.

I suggest you clean the disk because being from redbox they may abrasions or scratches & the player may not be able to read them. This video will give guidance on cleaning the interior & lens of your player.

sometimes the DVD. Player it self wont play if its dusty inside you might want to get one of those dvd cleaner discs and clean out the lens
