How Do You Copy From A Vcr Tape To A Dvd On The Allegro Abv441?

I would like to know step by step how to copy from a VCR tape to a DVD.   I don't have the manual available to see if it can be done or how to do it.   Thank you for your expediant response.

Hello, the Allegro Abv411 doesnt copy a vcr tape to a dvd instead it allows you to record tv programs onto dvds or vhs. 

here is a manual for further information.
