Sudden Volume Issues

Hello - I've had my Yamaha CS2X since 2000 and it's always been great, never had any problems. Last night I took it to a show and when the stage manager was getting us set up, no sound came from the keyboard at all. They switched the DI's a few times, they tried different cables and ultimately decided it had to be a keyboard problem. I brought it home and plugged it in and first, there was no sound at all. Then I switched banks and I had a little bit of sound, but it was quiet and it cut in and out a little bit. Then I switched through a few more banks and there was no more cutting in and out, but the volume still seems really quiet. I turned it to max on the keyboard and on the amp and I'm still not getting much at all. Please help!
