I'm afraid the previous answer was overly optimistic by a wide margin. It is probably impossible these days to reach a live representative by phoning Yahoo, and even trying can be inordinately time-consuming. (To try, call 800-318-0612 or 866-562-7219.) I suggest that instead you submit this form; if necessary, Yahoo promises to phone you.
