My Yahoo Verification Options Have Expired.

Hello,I have the correct password and username for my yahoo account but because I am in a new location it is asking me to verify the account. Both my number and email have expired and I cannot access my account to change the verification method because it will not leave me sign in without verifying. I am sending this from my apple laptop where the yahoo email was already set up but it seems i cannot amend the account information from here.Would you be able to help by adding my new number to my account or helping me sign in without verifying so that I can amend my details?Thanks,Ciara
